The DruvaTEC 45 m3 Series single-stage point of use UNISET offers versatile, high-performance gas management for oxygen, fuel, and shielding gases.
The UNISET single-stage point of use is Druva's new solution for industrial gas service outlets, developed from years of expertise in central gas supply systems. Available in oxygen and fuel gas variants, it features three-function flashback arrestors (FBA) for safety. There are two design types available for the shielding gases. The first features a flow gauge that displays the flow rate, adjusted by a pressure regulator, while the second uses a flowmeter with an adjustment valve to supply and precisely indicate the flow rate. All components are mounted on a durable steel wall bracket to ensure quick and secure installation. The gas supply is easily connected via outlet hose nipples.
The Oxy/Inert variant of this single-stage outlet point is suitable for oxygen service and can also handle argon, nitrogen, helium, carbon dioxide, compressed air, and their mixtures. Special oxygen, acetylene, and propane variants include FBA for flame protection. The fuel gas variant is designed for hydrogen, methane, and natural gas. The gas outlets for shielding gases (such as argon and argon mixtures) display flow rates using either a pressure gauge and flow scale or a flowmeter. A special twin-variant design allows the connection of two welding generators to a single outlet, ideal for combined welding and root shielding applications using the same gas. Additionally, the flow variant for N2/H2 and Ar/H2 with an outlet capacity of 50 L/min is optimal for root shielding.
