The DruvaPUR 20 m³ Range high-purity extension header kits expand the number of high-pressure inlet ports for manifolds in gas supply systems handling pure, inert, flammable, and oxidising gases and gas mixtures up to gas purity 6.0.

The Druva high-purity extension header kits are designed to connect multiple gas cylinders to each side of the manifold. The kit typically includes a diaphragm shut-off valve, tubing, and inlet and outlet connections. Upon request, the customisation options include check valves, gauges, vent valves, pressure transmitters, and contact gauges. Available with up to 4 inlet ports, these extension header kits are built to ensure the safe handling of high-purity gases.

- Variable, configurable system to your specific needs for gas supply systems.
- Optional components include manually actuated diaphragm valves, non-return valves, gauges, contact gauges, and pressure transmitters.
- Complete kits are available.
- Valves are developed, tested, and produced in accordance with the relevant sections of ISO 10297:2015, including the O2 ignition test for the main valve.
- Non-return valves feature special seat seal and select gas-wetted parts that allow use with oxygen up to 300 bar.
- Electrostatic chargeability test
- Meets the requirements of ISO 80079-36, IEC TS 60079-32-1 and German TRGS 727
- Usable in EX- areas zones 1 and 2 for gases with explosion risk group I, IIA, IIB, IIC
