The DruvaPUR 20 m3 Series Low Flow high-purity single-source single-stage gas manifold is used in gas supply systems for pure, inert, flammable, and oxidising gases and gas mixtures up to a maximum gas purity of 6.0. It is not usable for corrosive and/or toxic gases.

With a leak-proof seal thanks to its Hastelloy/Elgiloy diaphragm tightening, it ensures safe operation for pure, inert, and oxidising gases.
