The DruvaTEC 20 m3 Series single-stage acetylene point of use is engineered for high-flow applications, making it the perfect solution for acetylene-powered cutting machines and other industrial processes requiring precise gas delivery.
Single-Stage Acetylene Point of Use HF-SETIntroduction
The Druva acetylene point of use HF-SET is designed for high-flow performance, making it ideal for applications like oxy-acetylene cutting. This single-stage outlet point is available with either the S100 or S200 regulator. The S100 regulator supports multiple gases, including oxygen, acetylene, propane, and natural gas, with a flow capacity of up to 100 Nm³/h for oxygen and 20 Nm³/h for fuel gases like acetylene. For even higher flow needs, the S200 version accommodates up to 200 Nm³/h of oxygen. Both units can be equipped with optional flashback arrestors (GVO90 or GVA90) for enhanced safety during oxy-acetylene cutting processes. The maximum inlet pressure for the HF-SET gas outlets is 30 bar for oxygen and 40 bar for other industrial gases, including acetylene.

Individual high-capacity point-of-use systems for a range of industrial oxy-fuel applications. Available in versions with S100 or S200 regulators for oxygen, and S100 (BG20) regulators for acetylene and propane. Each version can be equipped with a GVO90 or GVA90 flashback arrestor (FBA).
HF TRIPLE S100
Three point-of-use systems with S100 regulators mounted on a sturdy wall bracket. Includes outlets for heating oxygen and fuel gas, each fitted with a three-function flashback arrestor (GVO90 and GVA90).
HF TRIPLE S200
Triple outlet points featuring S200 regulators for cutting oxygen, and S100 regulators for heating oxygen and fuel gas. Each outlet includes a twin-connected, three-function flashback arrestor (GVO90 and GVA90).
These point-of-use systems are designed for high-performance applications, such as machine cutting and automated heating, where standard stations can't meet capacity and flow demands. Gas pressure regulation at the outlet is not required.
BALL VALVE UNIT
For use with compressed gases.
- Inlet: G ¾" swivel nut with brazing nipple, 19 mm diameter.
- Outlet: G ¾" swivel nut with hose nipples, 12.5 mm and 16 mm.
UNIT WITH FLASHBACK ARRESTOR
Features a high-performance, multifunction safety device (GVO90/GVA90) and a DN 20 ball valve, without a regulator.
