Single-Stage Acetylene Point of Use - UNISET

The UNISET single-stage point of use is Druva's innovative solution for industrial gas service outlets, drawing from years of expertise in central gas supply systems. This acetylene outlet point includes integrated three-function flashback arrestors (FBA) for added flame protection during cutting and welding operations. There are two versions designed specifically for shielding gases. The first version features a flow gauge to display the flow rate, adjusted via a pressure regulator, while the second version includes a flowmeter with an adjustment valve, allowing for precise control and indication of the flow rate. All components are mounted on a sturdy steel wall bracket, ensuring fast and secure installation. The gas supply is easily connected through outlet hose nipples.

The Oxy/Inert variant of this single-stage outlet point is suitable for oxygen service and can also handle argon, nitrogen, helium, carbon dioxide, compressed air, and their mixtures. Special oxygen, acetylene, and propane variants include FBA for flame protection. The fuel gas variant is designed for hydrogen, methane, and natural gas. The gas outlets for shielding gases (such as argon and argon mixtures) display flow rates using either a pressure gauge and flow scale or a flowmeter. A special twin-variant design allows the connection of two welding generators to a single outlet, ideal for combined welding and root shielding applications using the same gas. Additionally, the flow variant for N2/H2 and Ar/H2 with an outlet capacity of 50 L/min is optimal for root shielding.
