One Source Single-Stage Gas Manifold MM400-1

The Druva MM400-1 gas manifold system features an inlet x-block with a non-return valve and filter, purge valve, and a second inlet from the site, with the option to install extension units. The purge valve allows for pressure release when disconnecting the cylinder or bundle hose. It also includes a high-pressure shut-off valve, a regulator with a pressure relief valve, and an outlet ball valve, all mounted on a durable stainless steel panel.

The high-flow acetylene variant of MM400-1 with MR60 is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 14114. The inlet x-block, complete with purge valves, non-return valves, and filters, ensures safe operation with high-pressure acetylene. Manual and automatic quick-acting shut-off valves are used upstream of the regulator. These components are tested to meet ISO 15615 standards. Additionally, a Simax 3 flashback arrestor (EN 730-1, ISO 5175) is installed downstream of the regulator, along with an outlet ball valve.
