The Druva MB70 10 m3 high-pressure acetylene manifold for middle and low flow rates is designed for cylinder or cylinder bundle service with oxygen and inert gases.
The Druva MB70 three-source single-stage manual acetylene manifold is based on the Manyflow unit. Suitable for both oxygen and inert gases, it is ideal for cylinder or cylinder bundle service. The manifold features non-return valves at the Manyflow inlets, separate isolating valves, and a central inlet shut-off valve. The UC 500 regulator includes both high- and low-pressure gauges, along with a pressure relief valve. A low-pressure ball valve is installed downstream of the regulator. All gas-wetted components are made from durable brass and fixed to a stabilising stainless steel wall bracket.
The MB70 gas manifold for acetylene is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 14114 standards. The Manyflow unit as well as the high-pressure automatic quick-acting shut-off valve and the UC 500 pressure regulator are tested and approved to ISO 15615. The manifold also features a pressure relief valve, high- and low-pressure gauges, and a low-pressure flashback arrestor GVA 90 (EN 730-1, ISO 5175) with a filter, flame arrestor, thermal arrestor, and non-return valve. An outlet ball valve is mounted downstream of the flashback arrestor for added safety.
